So yesterday I went and got the depo provera shot, which will last about 12 weeks. Ive also been taking herbs for the past few months, and Im not sure how that will affect the birth control. I take 2 wild yam pills,2 saw palmetto, 2 fenugreek, and 2 dandelion root. Does anyone know how this will affect the birth control?! Please help!
You should Google the depo shot to see if anyone has had any adverse reactions. Or just use the search engine for this forum to see if any ladies on here have a similar issue as yours.
Herbs are good and safe to control birth. Herbal treatment or any herbal medicine is best to sue and there is no any side effect of using herbal medicines for birth control.

Oh hells no. I think I'm going to go looking at ALL your posts now and I might just report you for abuse. This is the SECOND of TWO posts where you say there's NO SIDE EFFECTS to using herbal treatments for things. What the hell? Either you're a stupid fuck who doesn't have a damn clue but are acting like you know it all, or you're intentionally trying to mislead people.

Either way... We REALLY don't need EITHER of those here!

EDIT: OK. I might have slightly over-reacted there. You only did it twice. But those are, so far, the only times you've joined a discussion regarding herbs at all. Go get yourself an education before you spout out about stuff you don't know as though you do, please.
I had great and very fast results with pueraria on the depo injection which were permanent although i have heard a few people say their growth with depo and nbe was not permanent , i am off of all birth control now and havent used pueraria for 4 months i didnt loose an inch.
I am starting fenugreek now and no birth control which i already have an inch of swelling with in 3 days so I think maybe it depends on the persons response to nbe not so much birth control.
I havent heard of anyone finding their birth control less efficient with herbs you shouldnt find it causing problems with depo especially as its progesterone and not many herbs effect this herbs normally work on estrogen or prolactin.
It is possible that saw palmetto can make birth control less effective.

Check Webmd under the interactions tab for saw palmetto.
