I am just wondering what the best breast massage and oil is for NBE? Also, I am also wondering who's had success? I have a thyroid disorder and herbs and such aren't working...my thyroid antibodies are probably ruining things...I want to focus more on massage...I'll finish my herbs...but massage is my focus
Everyone is different, therefore everyone has to go about NBE different ways.
The three most popular techniques that I've seen being used, is Chi Rotations, Fat Transfer (Chiyomilk's) Massage, and the Thai Slapping technique, although, most stick to just the clockwise rotations. I do a mixture of all four. I think the most successful massage oil is flax seed oil; a lot of women have gotten great growth from that.
Basically, the best thing to do is experiment. Experiment to see which massage is the best for you and stick with it. We are all on our own journey, and something that someone swears worked for them, might not work for you. Just don't give up! You can do it, you CAN get the growth your after if you stick with it and don't let anything get in your way. We're all routing for you.
