I'm not the best at introductions, but I'll give it a try.

I'm 22, 5'4" and a little over 190, and I'm not entirely sure what size I am since I don't really care for wearing bras that much (last I measured, I was 34.5" above and under bust, and 44" across the fullest part of my bust).

My goal is to actually *lose* about four inches across my bust: I'm currently about 44-31.5-43, and my goals are 40-28-40 or so. Still, I reason that with how stubborn my stomach fat is, by the time I reach a 28" waist I'll have shrunk enough in my chest to need NBE. Right now I'm sticking with massaging in the hopes I can even out a bit.

Anyways, I'm more of a lurker, but just thought I'd introduce myself.

I haven't actually bought and used it myself yet, but I've read some REALLY good stuff about the science of it and it really should work, if you use it right.

The key is that you need to do lots of light cardio. Jogging. Walking. Bicycling. Anything that'll get your heart pounding and your temps WAAAAY up. The area where you apply the AmiLean will get EVEN HOTTER and literally melt the fat so your body can process it.

The reason tummy fat tends to be so stubborn is that it simply doesn't normally warm up very well with conventional exercise methods.

EDIT: If you have access to a treadmill, you can alternate jogging and doing tummy crunches and sit ups in order to further heat the area by getting the muscles nearest to the fat stores pumped.
Thanks for the feedback! I might have to give that product a try, it sounds interesting.
