A bit about me: I'm 28 years old, an African woman, about 145 or so pounds, and 5'6". I believe I have a higher level of testosterone, but not much... I have a noticeable mustache that some days gives me bad feelings but to bother with it is too much trouble, so I leave it. Same on my chin. My skin is dark enough that even though you can see it, the contract between black peach fuzz and brown skin is hiding it somewhat. I have a lot more body hair than is typical of west Africans as well, my abdomen and lower back have a pretty healthy amount. Not manly, but more than any African woman I know. My index fingers are longer compared to my ring ones, which is a significant marker, I'm told.

I am a dancer and a former body builder, which is working against me. I recently gave up bikini and figure shows because it's just too much work and unsustainable, and I'd rather eat like a normal person and indulge rather than going on restrictive diets during season. BUT, I am still naturally muscular, and would like to keep my muscles, but mostly in my legs and butt. :] I've always had a naturally small bust and carry weight in my middle, even though I've always been slim... tummy pouch only goes away when I'm on a show diet. At my heaviest, I'm about a US size 8 and at my slimmest, a 2 or 4. A 4 is natural... 2, again is around show time, but I always stay around 145 lbs.

I had problems with acne in adolescence and my late teens, but it's gone except for if I eat crappy food like dairy or cheap sweets, which is very rare anyway. I have a hormonal IUD and thus do not get my period regularly. When I did, my periods were not too troublesome, lasting about four days, very regular with cramping but nothing unbearable most of the time.

About my breasts. I'm a small B, usually 34-36B with some flatness in the upper pole but generally firm and perky. I'd like to be a full C with more cleavage and roundness. My measurements today hover around 36-30-40, and I'd like them to be more in the range of 38-24-43. Basically, I'm trying to achieve the coveted hourglass. My hips are "large" but only cos my butt is bubbly and sticks out in the back. My sideview gets a "daaaamn" but from the front I'm rather straight.

I've been poking around, but the wealth of info is so vast that I'm getting a bit lost and overwhelmed. I think the two main things I'd like to try are BO or PM combined with massage and exercise, but I'm wondering what's the best one to take? It seems to be on an individual basis... but I'm getting into a situation where I don't know what to ask without trying everything under the sun first, but I don't want to disrupt or throw my system off. Where should I begin? Biggest question is how do I time taking supplements with my ovulation when it's so irregular?

Don´t worry soon enough you´ ll figure it out what is the best program for you.
It would be wise to have a blood test to determine your hormones levels. ( to know the best course of action ).
