I hope this is not a stupid question but do you think that the suction method works on the glandular tissue?

I'm no doctor but from what I've read it works to grow breast tissue.... doubt it increases the milk producing glands or their capacity to produce milk.....

and there it said that noogleberry would increase both fat and glands but I am a little sceptical about the gland part.
