So, I've added a couple small things and wanted to update my routein.

AM:
Massage with flax seed oil with primrose oil, fennel and fenugreek extract mixed in. 15 on both sides(while listening to Rockmelon ringtone). I also do Chiomilk's fat brushing massage.
600 mg calcium
500 mg krill oil omega-3 blend
450 mg fennel
1,240 mg fenugreek
160 mg Saw Palmetto extract
1 cup of mint tea,
1 cup of soy milk with a 1/2 tsp of sea minerals.
1 super B complex,
1 olive leaf extract pill (defends against breast cancer),
3 miracle of life vitamin/mineral pills.

Afternoon:
1 cup detox tea that contains red clover
1 cup milk with another 1/2 tsp sea minerals
1 glass of home made ginger/fennel tea (really yummy)


PM:
Massage with flaxseed oil/primrose oil/ fennel/fenugreek for 15 mins on both (and listen to Rockmelon ringtone). Plus Chiomilk's fat brushing massage
900 mg Fennel
160 mg saw palmetto extract
250 mg magnesium
2,000 IU's vitamin D
620 mg Fenugreek
1 Ester-C
1 Shark oil pill (not only has crazy high amount of omega-3, but defends against many forms of cancer, breast included.)
500 mg Evening Primrose oil
2 cinnamon pills (for circulation)
1 alfalfa pill
1 collagen boosting supplement.
1 cup of an herbal tea that's for relaxation but contains mint.

I listened to Rockmelon earlier and, interestingly enough, felt some tingles in my boobs. I figure it can't hurt to attack NBE from all sides.

I'll add my heating pad session back in once my heat rash is gone, and I'll add it on low. Lol I'm also trying to eat clean which is veggies/proteins/fruits/healthy fats/and whole grains. And I'm still doing resistance training every other day.

Hey y'all! Okay so, it seems like my boobs are fuller each morning than they were the day before. They're still sore in places too. Could this be due to an upcoming period? Possibly, but I don't ever recall them swelling this much.

Listened to Rockmelon Ringtone today while massaging and oil pulling. Felt some tingles in my boobs again (still feeling a tiny bit on and off.) Btw, I'm adding oil pulling into my routein. For any of you who don't know what that is or does, it's a way of pulling toxins out of the body. How it's done is by putting a table spoon worth of oil, sunflower is best, into your mouth and "pulling" (swishing like mouthwash) the oil around in your mouth for 20 mins before spitting it into the toilet. It should be milky white and thin by the time you're done. Don't swallow it, but if you swallow some it shouldn't hurt you, the toxins you swallowed were in your system to begin with, but the idea is getting the toxins OUT of the body. lol I haven't seen any info connecting oil pulling to NBE, but since toxins and bad things in the body can hinder NBE results, I figure this could aid the process. Big Grin Heathy body= Healthy boobs!

On a side note, some researches suggesct that toxins in the system can create/add to/ or might even be the cause of, cellulite. No one wants it, most of us have it (myself included Dodgy ) and we all want to get rid of it. A lot of what I've read talks about a healthy diet being able to limit, if not eliminate, it. Unhealthy diets allow toxins, chemicals, pestiscides, hormones, and other excess or unwanted elements to build up in our systems and not let them run at their best copasity. Hence (to my mind) cellulite shows up. While I believe genetics play a small role in cellulite, I think it has more to do with enviromental factors. What we're putting in and on our bodies. So, what am I saying here? I'm saying I hope oil pulling helps my boobs get big and helps my thighs and bum get smooth. lol My mom has already seen all sorts of positive side effects from it, so I figure it can't hurt!

I keep meaning to include the upper body workout I've been doing (since it probably is affecting what I'm seeing change in my breasts, at least visually).
I do:
10 pull ups
10 chin ups
10 shoulder presses
10 seated chest presses

Also, I'll be adding 20 minutes with my heating pad back into my routine starting tonight.

Hey y'all! Still feeling swollen and a bit tender/sore/itchy off and on.(Not sure what to be looking for or what I'm feeling since I don't recall exactly what this felt like the first time around. I was only 10 and that was a while ago. Sorta feels like something is going on, like there is a bunch of energy in my chest. lol I guess my boobs are hyper.) I know everyone feels differeint things, or nothing at all for some, but if anyone could give me something to look for, I'd appreciate it. lol

Started up with my heating pad again, on low, for 20 mins last night and so far the heat rash seems to be staying away! Yay! I missed my heating pad. It's so relaxing. Not to mention I've read that it's important for NBE. I'm so excited for my period to get here and gone so I can see if anything I'm seeing in fullness and/or growth is actually here to stay. lol If not, I'm not giving up, but it'd be awesome to see some real results quickly.

Yesterday I listened to Rockmelon Ringtone for a total of one hour and eight mins. I find it easier to listen to while I'm massaging in the morning and at night, and then while my heating pad is on.

I've also added in a lymphatic drainage massage for each night, starting last night. Has anyone else who did the drainage massage noticed their breasts seeming slightly less full afterward? Huh I massaged with falx seed oil following the lymph drainage and it plumped them up again, but it was still rather odd. Not enough to keep me from doing it, though. Healthy boobs= Healthier body!Big Grin
Looking forward to the 31'st so I'll be 1 month out from my NBE start. I'll update my measurments then, hoping to see some change!

Nothing much new to report today as I'm holding off on measuring (and posting the numbers lol) until the 31'st. But, as I've been adding bits and pieces of my routein as I go, I thought it'd be a good idea to post it all in one place. Even if for no other reason than to have a quick reference point for myself.

20 minutes with a heating pad on low over my boobs (listening to Rockmelon)

(Side note: One thing I'm trying to do with these exercises is to strengthen my back muscles in order to support the extra weight as my breasts grow.)

If all this fullness sticks around after my period ends, I am going to be seriously impressed! I don't ever recall this much fullness before my period. I can't remember the last time my boobs looked this good! I never thought I'd be excited for my period to get here, but I am. If this keeps going the way it is, I'm looking at some actual growth in the first month. I didn't think that was possible. Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin If it does go away I'm still not giving up! So far my body seems to be responding well in other ways to what I'm taking, so if it's making me healthier, then it's worth it for that reason alone! I know I can see a difference visually and can't wait to take a second round of pics at to check against when I started. I'll post my measurments at the end of the month.

Hey everyone! Okay so, after some research I have a feeling that I might be progesterone deficient. I don't have symptoms of excess estrogen, or low estrogen, and I don't seem estrogen dominant(even though I know if my progesterone is out of whack I must be) , so I'm fairly certain my estrogen levels are within range even with the fennel and fenugreek I'm taking. I know progesterone creams are an option, but the idea of synthetic hormones (I'm not talking herbs, I mean lab made) make me really nervous. Anyone have any ideas?
From what I've researched on PC, if it's got Progesterone USP in the ingredients, it's the only form that can be absorbed properly. You could use wild yam extract, but the body won't convert it. If you invest in PC, make sure it has a measured pump that gives 20 mg per pump. That's what's naturally secreted daily in Luteal phase in women. So long as you use it properly, and apply it to the right areas (palms, underarms, chest, areas with thin skin) and apply it at the right time in your cycle (never more than 3 weeks in a month, don't apply during your week), you're safe using it. It's what I've been using, with collagen. From what I understand, it progresses swelling during the Luteal phase and balances your hormones when used daily.
