I know the massage techniques that help (I've been doing them for the past couple of days and my breasts look fuller already).

What is the most effective oil/cream you have massaged with?

I'm currently just using whatever oil I have around me at the time.

Are certain oils more effective than others? I've heard that some people use Vitamin E popped from softgels, and I think I'll consider doing that soon.

I think the thing to massage with would be Flax Seed Oil. A lot of girls have seen great growth with it. I'm going to be trying it on Thursday, so check out my program, and I'll let you know how it works!
