A week until period is due and I love the way my boobs are every week before my period. Perfect size and shape. Has anyone found something that works to keep their breasts full feeling through the whole month? Mine feel like deflated balloons after my period :/ not sure if this is just normal or if someone has found a solution.

I have this problem too - going to try extra noogling if I can and tiger balm. I kept going back to 86cm at my period (for first 4 months of NBE) but managed to only drop back to 87cm last month due to noogling (I think). Hoping this month I can keep it all I will let you know if it works as I am on the placebo pills in my pack and due on Wed.
Thank you for the replies. I also noticed progesterone cream helped as well but also messed up my cycle so easily. My body is super sensitive!
You might try massaging with an omega-3 rich oil like flax seed. That should help to plump them up.
Mine do the same thing. So i'm going to keep on noogling through my period and hope for the best.
