Well, I am soon to be 46 years old and have had a bit of a year. I have gotten divorced and remarried. My 1st husband asked me several times to get a boob job, I am so uncomfortable with that, but his asking just made me feel so insecure about myself.
My new husband loves me the way I am and always tells me how beautiful my body is but, face it, he is still a man and I am most assured that he would prefer larger boobs on his new wife.
I am a 32A, I am 5'3 and weigh 93 pounds. No matter what I do I cannot gain weight and keep it on. I have been reading about SP and Fenugreek that it is causing some of you to gain weight.....that is great for me!
I just ordered both of those yesterday along with wild yam cream. What dosages would you suggest
Also, is there a problem with taking the same amounts on a permanent basis? Do I have to go off for a period of time?
