Hey everyone. I've been trying NBE since February 2013. At first I had great breast swelling and fullness and it seemed like after each period, I begin to have less and less progress and they are back to the size I started off with. If ANYONE could tell me what I'm doing wrong PLEASE feel free to. Here is my program. I recently added PM thinking it would help but it seems to only be breaking my face out with bumps.

Flaxseed Oil 1,000MG - 1 capsule/breast massage nightly

Maca Root 525MG - 1/morning & 1/night

Fenugreek Seed 610MG - 3/morning & 3/night




Follicular Phase ONLY
PM Ainterol 500MG - 1/morning & 1/night

Saw Palmetto Berries 585MG 1/morning & 1/night

hmmmmm im no expert but i've read about people getting results when they stop taking the pm for a bit idk something to do with to much is making estrogen dormant ? hope you find better help lol
