Hey guys, so I have been reading hundreds of you guys threads on the best NBE, but I'm still unsure where to start. I have been using breast actives for about a month now, I dont see any results. 'My next plan is to buy Fenugreek but I hear it makes u grow fat everywhere including your stomach! I was think about mixing fish oil and Flax-seed oil while taking maca? I may even purchase noogleberry? Any comments about what has/is working for you? since i am a college student I am looking for the most inexpensive and easy way for NBE and i dont want to take more tht 3 different herbs because I don't want my body to not be cleansed, so any suggestions?
You can try pm cream. Btw breast active is a scam, there's not enough herbs in their pills to make a difference in your body.
The most inexpensive way I can think of is massage and hypnosis - but noogleberry is not that expensive. I would personally use herbs and pills as a last resort because there is a lot of trial and error involved, they can have side effects and the cost can really add up there. I have gained 1-2 cm in four months with hypnosis, massage and noogleberry (only been using that for 2 weeks) but I am having trouble getting growth to stick following my period. It seems like I grow 1/2 to 1 inch through the month, then lose it.
I am a college student too, and I also worry about not spending too much on NBE.
My routine consists of massage and hypnosis (there are some really good free mp3's out there).
In a few weeks I started to feel my breasts becoming fuller and rounder. It may take a few months for better results to come, but it's an easy to do and costless routine.
