I am only 21 but I have had two children, both of which I breastfed and now my breasts are a very small B, my right breast is noticeably smaller than my left and I have serious sagging issues....I know NOTHING about herbal supplements, creams, or suction systems. I need to a direction to go in. Please help.
Read all you can from the NBE general discussion and then check out people's personal programs and get idea of what others are doing, their results.. and then do some research of your own outside of this site. It takes a lot of time to figure this stuff out.
