I've been feeling oooober tired lately like jst OUt of it .... I've been taking fenugreek for almost 2 weeks n I've been feeling so out of it the past 3 days n today I see some spotting. Is this the fenugreek? Should I stop taking this :/

Give your body sometimes to adjust the extra estrogen pumping in.... Also, space the pills 7 hours apart might help the spotting reduction. Don't forget to drinking ample of water. When I was on FG, I was sleepy and tired a lot.

Doesn't fenugreek sometimes lower blood sugar? If so that would likely make you feel tired.
It makes sense.. I took one this morning and was sooo tired. I've been feeling tired but also I've had a busy week last week. I think it could be the FG. I was blaming my antihisitime. lol
