Is there anyone here that started out as an A cup or AA cup and has had noticeable growth? I know it takes longer for A cups to experience growth but I'm kind of lising hope.

I started as a 34AA and am a 34B now after taking herbs off and on for a few years (mostly Greenbush and over the counter Fenugreek). My size went from 33 inches over bust to 36 inches and has stayed there. I just started using progesterone cream in luteal phase as I'm estrogen dominant, and have grown another few centimeters in the last few weeks.

Did it take a few years to get noticeable growth?

No, I went from 33 inches to 35 inches fairly quickly (maybe 3-4 months) when I was taking the herbs consistently, but then life got busy and I stopped taking them on a regular basis. I did Fenugreek in random spurts over the last year and grew another inch. I just started Fenugreek again with the PC this month, so we'll see what happens. I'd say the key is to be consistent, which I was at first. Good luck.

How much fenugreek did u take each day? I have swelling until my period comes and then it's like I have to start all over again. Even my tingles go away when my period come. I don't want to give up because I really want bigger breasts but this can really be discouraging at times. Thanks for the luck.

The Greenbush herbs had fenugreek in them (and the extract) and I took whatever the directions said to take. As far as the over the counter fenugreek, they are 1220 mg per 2 tablets and I take them either two or three times a day (so 4-6 pills total). I took them during the first 2 weeks of my cycle, then switched to PC during my luteal phase. I stopped everything when my cycle started and am on day 5 of taking nothing, so I plan to start up w/ fenugreek again tomorrow through day 12 of my cycle, then will try PC again. What's weird is without taking anything these last 5 days, I've grown another centimeter.
