Hey ladies!
I gave up on nbe over a year ago. I was moving in with my boyfriend, wasn't seeing results, and was becoming weary of messing with my hormones. I've been a vegetarian for over a decade and was even thinking of trying BO. Which in retrospect seems crazy for me, but I digress.
However, I've been growing my hair out and remembered that a lot of girls use MSM for hair growth. I still had a ton leftover from an NBE journey that I hadn't really followed through on. I figured wth, couldn't hurt, so I started throwing half a teaspoon and a little grapefruit juice (for the vitamin c) in my water bottle every day. No scientific method, no ramping up, really no thoughts of NBE, just figured I may as well use up the MSM.
Then I found this board on reddit, abrathatfits (if you haven't been there, go!!) and started noticing that, not only have I probably been wearing the wrong bra size forever, but I was busting out of my 34Bs that have always been too big, I just couldn't bear to buy A cups. My boobs don't even fit in my bras anymore, but NBE has been so far from my mind I didn't even notice! Later at Shopko I decided to throw on a random, unpadded 34C for the hell of it, to be sure. It fit, in fact, after the "swoop and scoop" it was too small. I just got a 30DD (much closer to my actual size apparently, but I'll leave you to abrathatfits for that) strapless bra in the mail, also too small, I'm waiting on my 30E right now.
One caviet certainly worth mention, is that I am on birth control pills. I've been on the same pill for a year and nine months with no growth (I don't think, I was watching/ hoping at first and there was nothing) until I started the MSM. So, here's to hoping for true growth/success and not my BC finally eventually making my boobs bigger.
