Hello folks, CuriousBlackCat here with a teenie, tiny question.

Say you accidentally listen to one of these hypnotic mp3s when you aren't ready for the new additions to your life, is there a way to 'erase/overwrite' the hypnotic suggestion?

If you only listened it once, I don't think it can have any effect on you.
However if you feel it might, try finding a hypnosis that offers the opposite result, and listen to it a few times. If there isn't any, you can try affirmations with the result you want.
