Should you take PM during your luteal phase it during your follicular phase? I've done tons of research and different sources say different things

Some use it day 1-15 of your cycle. Some don't cycle it at all. It can depend on hormone imbalances and other factors.

Thanks for your reply. I will start taking it day 1 and see how it goes.
