I've added vitex back into my regime as I was getting menstrual pains without it.

So far, I'm stuck at my initial gain of 1/2 inch to an inch on breasts and bum. Haven't seen any changes in about a month. My waist is staying the same or about an half inch smaller.

Summer is here so time to get out there and exercise more and do more squats and lunges for the butt.
