Hello everyone.
I would like to open up a new thread since I have changed my program a little bit. Previously I have had growth with PM+Shatavari+Milk+massage and I have stopped growing since my first growth spurts.

So I think I need to alter my program to grow more. I have no problem with my period, everything is just ok. my new devised program is taking nigella sativa (black seed) + fenugreek + honey 2 or 3 times a day. I'm not sure about the dosage cos I just use a baby spoon :p

I put them all together in a jar. everything is about the same amount. I chose black seed because it has so many benefits (so is fenugreek!) and one of the benefits is it affects mammary cells and milk production while honey is intended for better stomach absorption. I believe black seed and fenugreek benefits are quite similar and they are easily available in my country.

I will stop PM for a while and will evaluate my girls from time to time and will revert back to PM if needed.

Today is day 16 of March cycle. ovulation is a bit late. Lateness is expected because my period lasts longer than my previous cycles. I might be taking the infusion everyday or accordingly.

basically these are what I'll be taking everyday:-


1/2 to 3/4 tsp black seed + fenugreek + raw honey 2 or 3x a day
440mg Calcium tablet or 1 cup of milk 3x a day
1 Multivitamin tablet 2x a day
2 tbsp Eucheuma seaweed once a day

I found a list of fenugreek benefits and I want to post it here. It was in Indonesian language so I had to translate it into English. hope you all get the meaning

Stimulate and stabilize the hormones of men and women
Stimulate and stabilize breast hormone

Helping breast enlargement

Increases stamina of men and women
Usually used as a tonic for husband and wife
Helps prevent and treat impotence
Helping to address reproductive and marital fertility
Help prevent and treat marital impotence
Assist and expedite blood circulation / cardiovascular system
Reducing pain during menstruation
Stimulate and increase milk up to 300%



Specific recipes :-

Consumption of 500 mg three times a day to help stimulate, expedite and improve the quality of breast milk
Consumption of 3-5 g three times a day to help with breast enlargement
Regular consumption of 3-5 g three times a day to help tighten and beautify the breasts
Apply 20 g for about 10 minutes at the breast to stimulate the hormones and help breast enlargement

For breast enlargement :-

1.Drink fenugreek 3 x 1/2 teaspoon (* more important thing to add honey to taste) and apply fenugreek paste evenly for 10 minutes then rinse with warm water. Do it once a day.

2.Before bed, Take a tablespoon of Fenugreek and mixed with warm water, stir into cream, then apply to breast and massage about 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water afterwards.

Day 20 of March cycle



It has been a few days since I started my new program. I think I experienced blood sugar reducing effect even though I'm taking fenugreek and black seed with honey. Or maybe it is lowering blood pressure effect. My BP is always on the lower side and those herbs make it even lower I guess.

Since yesterday I got my breast pain back. Not sure if it's a good sign. It's not a pms pain. My pms pain is usually associated with nipple soreness and water retention effect.

It hurts like my first time seeing growth. and the areolas turn a bit darker too. I'm not sure what to do and what to expect now Should I take more infusion or just stay at the same dosage until voilaaa I'm bigger again

I also try to picture myself as a busty woman. Hope it can accelerate growth hehe
