Hi All!
I'm a 20+ asian girl, my breast size is 32D.
I've been taking the PM for 6mths already, and my schedule is:
for the first 2 mths:
1000mg per day, stop the PM when period comes
take 2000mg for 7 days after period
from the 3rd mth:
1000mg per day, even period comes I still take
I haven't suffer from any side effect, and I do believe my breast got firmer and a little bigger maybe.
After reading the crazy result of taking large amount of PM, I wanted to move on a little bit. Planning to take 1500mg per day, will that be too much?
* I'm taking Ainterol
