Hello Lovelies!!

Just started taking some supplements- wish I would have found this sight BEFORE I bought a blend from Amazon- and could really use any advice any of you lovely ladies could give me!

Here's some history...

34 years old, just shy of six feet and usually between 135 and 142 lbs. Been pregnant six times, delivered five and raised- and breastfed- four beautiful babies. Well, raising should be the word lol. Had my first daughter at 20, then 23, 28 and my son at 32. Yep, I got a ton of kids Wink

My breast's have always been small. Especially since I'm about six feet tall. They stopped growing early, and I want to say they were maybe a full 34 B. After pregnancy- when my milk came in- they always got huge, but deflated enormously after my milk dried up. Now I don't even fill out a 32 A Dodgy

So, here's my program for now..

*BUST BOOM ( I know, I know, should have found this site before) and the ingredients are:
Blessed Thistle Powder
Black Cohosh
Dong Quai Extract
Damiana Powder
Dandelion Extract
Fennel Seed Extract
Saw Palmetto Extract
Watercress
Wild Yam

Total of proprietary blend= 600mg

Evening Primrose 1000mgx1
Flaxseed Oil 1000mgx1
L-Arginine 500mgx1
Korean Panax Ginseng 100mgx1
Saw Palmetto 160mgx1

Hemp Protein Smoothie with Aloe Vera pulp(fresh from the plant) with fruit and juice
15g protein and 1200 mg Omega 3!

Massage with FSO and EPO every morning and evening.

Routine:
Individual herbs every morning on empty stomach with water.
Protein smoothie after breakfast
2 BB every evening before dinner or right before bed.

I started massaging four days ago and already have more fullness- my left breast fills the cup of my itty bitty bra, and right one is almost there( damned uneven boobies). It's working wonders and I never thought it would do anything so fast! I want to change the herbs to something more simple when I have the money- Doll and Isabelle's threads have given me tons of ideas!

So... What do you ladies think?

I'm a newbie too but this is my second time around and I'd say it looks pretty good.

I think the mantra of everyone around here is basically to keep adjusting the program to your body's needs. My only thought about using a blend rather than individual supplements is that you can't adjust the dosages at all or cycle them at all...

I swore that I'd never do massage because the time commitment just seems like a lot, but I've been doing it the past few weeks and already noticed a nice change in the shape! I get really good results using creams too, so I think the oils are a great idea.

If you aren't getting the results you want when you are done with this round of supplements, you might try some changing the brand/type of oils you use.
