Hi everyone! A little bit about my journey with Noogleberry:
I used it for a few months a couple years ago and didn't see any results so I got discouraged and stopped Noogling.
I recently started up again (for about a month) after reading so many success stories and realizing I was probably not doing it right the first time.
I read that your breasts are not supposed to get purple as you could be damaging the tissue. Well that is how I was noogling before so this time around I am being very gentle. The problem I am having is that I feel almost no pressure but I am still getting purple. It does go away really quickly but I am still afraid I am damaging the tissue. I have tried everything.. and they still are getting purple. Here is the best thing I have found to get the least purple: I pump my breasts until all the tissue is inside the cup then release all of the air, I then pump maybe 4 times with the hand pump and let them sit or I will pump and release in this method.
I feel nothing, no pressure doing it this way and my breasts aren't even enlarged in the cup. I'm wondering if I will even see results since apparently my skin turns purple at the slightest pressure.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
I have the same problem. So i dont rely on colour now. I rely on temperature. Always ensure your breasts arnt going cold at any point. Also, if the cups are too small width wise they might be constricting blood flow. Always massage before you noogle to increase blood flow. Increase time gradually. Increase pressure in the cup slow. Pump and release 7:2 method :-)
That's good to hear about the color! They never seam to get cold but I will watch for that and try the 7:2 method. Smile Thanks so much for your help!
My breasts get rather purple and slightly cold to the touch. However, it is winter time and I keep my house cool so my other breast is chilly as well! I keep the pressure as light as I can right now, so I do not feel as though I'm doing any damage. I also follow the 7:2 method.

Happy noogling
I've started doing the hydra noogling that people were talking about on the noogleberry forums and have found that I can pump longer and harder without getting purple!
I just have to refill the water if it feels like it's getting colder (I put the domes on with pretty hot water)
I also noticed swelling doing it this way for the first time ever! YAY!
Hey Smile

...I don't really understand how the hydra noogling thing works..
Do you just fill the cups with water and pump the same way you pump the "normal way" ?
Doesn't this damage the pump?
I use a hand pump and fill the domes up about half way with warm-hot water. I get better suction so I can have both domes on at the same time. When I pump I just hold it up high so the water doesn't spray everywhere.

So you gals who are using water...
How much water do you put in the dome?
Is there any air left in the dome when you start pumping?
Does water come out of the hand pump as you pump?
I fill it up about half way. If you fill it up with too much water will come out the hand pump. Usually a tiny bit of water will spray out the handpump if you see the water going through the tubing. So I lean back a little and hold the hand pump up higher than the domes so the water will go back down (you also have to hit the air release button a little bit so the water will go back into the dome). Then you can pump and no water will spray out. Smile
