I want to start the pueraria mirifica.

I want to use that brand! Does anyone have those too? And do they work for you? Any side affects?
I don't know when I need to take them. They are 450mg.
I read, you have to begin on the last day of your period and then take them for 21 days and then start again on the last day of your period. Is that right?
