I need help my boobs are cold to the touch after a pumping session and Idk Why. They are also a little sweaty but is it normal to be cold?? I do the pump and hold technique. And i use cocoa butter for a 1-2 min. Massage before noogling. Im light skined so i never see the "purple boobs" to let me know that blood is rushing into them. Im soo lost and i dont want to stop noogling i love it. Has this happed to anyone elase and if so how did you correct it?? I also am iron defficent ( sorry about the spelling) could that be the problem?? Plz. Help i need boobies

Hmmm, kinda sounds like a circulation thing? I have never noticed a huge temperature change, I'd say if anything my boobs feel hot. I will try to pay more attention to it...
I know some girls like to pump with in a bath or shower and I have even heard of some people using a heating pad over the domes while pumping. Maybe you could give that a try.

Never mind i read that cold breasts are normal!! Thank goodness!!!! I read that Its normal for breasts to get cold when sweating basically it happens because your body is trying to cool itself down so it re- absorbes the sweat which Prada to the cooling sensation since your breasts are 90% of the time coverd you never notice this happening... Im so so so happy this is normal!! Boobies here i come!
