Just wanted to share this.
Apparently using a dermaroller can help increase product absorption by creating little channels in the skin. Thus potentially making the product more effective. You can use needle sizes 0.2mm or 0.25mm which are very small needles that are safe enough for daily use and wont damage the skin. At this size rolling doesn't hurt and there is no need for a numbing cream.

I just wanted to share this because I will be ordering PM extract soon and wanted to get the most out of it. I ordered a 0.25 needle from Dr.Roller as they have a good reputation. http://www.dr-roller.eu/
(I also bought a larger needle size 1.0mm, but I will only be using that one a month on my stretch mark and scars.)

I'll report back later on what I think. If anyone else is thinking of buying a dermaroller do your research before purchasing! Be sure to get a good brand and don't waste your time with cheap rollers like I did. The needles on those are not good and not safe.

I do this for my face and neck and roll every weekend with the 1mm for face and 2mm for scars on the body. The absorption is brilliant. I use vitamin c serum, roll for 15-20 mins quite hard, then apply a vitamin e oil, then after the redness and heat is gone I apply vitamin A gel before I sleep. The next morning the skin looks totally normal and plump.

I really hadn't though of rolling mu boobs but may start to get prods in.
Thats wonderful! Good to know its worked for someone.

I'm kinda surprised this isn't a common NBE method, it seems like it could help out a lot.
Also, if you have white scars from breast surgery, the little injuries to the skin from using the roller will bring new healing cells to the area and repigment the skin.
Oh wow, this sounds like an amazing idea, please anyone who trys this, would you be kind enough to report back
Goldy- Yes I am also trying it out on my scars. I have very old self mutilation scars, which I assume are similar in severity and conposition to surgical scars.

ccmh- No worrys. My dermarollers are in the mail, and should arrive anyday now. I plan on reporting my back my results. Smile
Usehername,
A beauticiation told me her latest client had self-mutilation scars which responded beautifully to needling. Beauticians now use Dermapens. They can cover larger areas more quickly with less injury. (Don't know about the validity of less injury) For those of us that can't afford treatments, DIY dermarollers will still work.
Thanks Goldy. We'll I definitely cant afford to go to a dermatologist so it DIY for me!

My Dr.Roller just came in! Everything looks great. Everything came sealed up tight and sterilized. It had directions, a coupon, and a free copper peptide mask!

I used the 0.25 roller on my breast. It didn't hurt at all because the needles are so tiny. My skin did turn red, like it was sun burned (which is normal.) And then I applied Ainterols breast cream. It stung a little which probably means it did open up my pores and absorb deeper. My breast look plumper, but I think thats just because there swelled up from the rolling and breast cream. Its great though. This looks promising!

(Note: I'm going to ask if I can roll with the 0.25 twice a day, instead of just once, so I can also use it to absorb the PM Spray im going to purchase)

After each rolling session, you have to clean the roller with warm water and alcohol. Then place it back in its storage case. You have to be careful to not bend any of the needles.

I haven't bought a roller yet as I'm still researching sizes & styles. As with so many things, there's different advice which makes it confusing, and hard to know what is fact.
I came across a UK website with video which sell rollers and they're qualified in dermal rolling & acupuncture. They're saying any cream applied after rolling will be absorbed 10,000 x more into the blood stream. This can be hazardous, depending on the ingredients, and only edible topicals should be applied after rolling.Huh Creams or serums sold for enhanced results are not effective or needed. Use 0.5- 0.75 for anti-aging collagen rebuilding on the face, any size under that won't get results. 1-2 mm for scars.
There's a women on Youtube hacking away multiple times at her face & eyeslids with a 2mm (using a numbing cream), then wipes the blood off with a towel! She says she's very experienced and knows what she's doing, and sells rollers.
I've read lots of Q&A's & reviews. A guy experimented a few times with a steralised pin to see if any changes would happen with his depressed scar. In a short period of time he did see it raising up (filling in with collagen). I did this on a small facial scar and it's stayed pink over night.
Dr-roller is a good recommendation cause it's surgical steel.
The breast cream I use is made up of mostly natural oils. I was told that natural oils are fine and to be cautious about unnatural chemicals. However I think there are a few ingredients in there which could potentially be dangerous. I'll have to check into it. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I'm going to have to wing it and hope that it works. (Its the main reason I bought it anyway.) I will report if it doesn't work, or if I see any negative side effects. You're right in that there is a lot of information out there and some of it contradictory.

Personally I wouldn't buy a needle any bigger than 1.5mm. Any bigger than that is for professional use only. That lady from Youtube is crazy. 2.0mm is a big needle, especially for the places shes using it!

So far I would recommend the Dr.Roller. I bought mine from this site. http://www.dermarollershop.com/products/ There customer service is great. Lots of good info on the site. I've heard nothing but positive reviews on them. And like I said, my rollers came packaged nicely. Good quality needles so far. Much better than the cheap off brand I bought off ebay.
Do your research but I would say Dr.Roller is a pretty safe bet.

I haven't used my 1.0mm yet (I'll be doing it once monthly for my scars and stretch marks.) I'll have to get back to you on that one.

But I was told the 0.25 is for ONCE daily only.
