Hi everyone, I bought Ainterol PM brand and have been reading that it may be weaker than other brands because the plant is only grown for 2 years, compared to more expensive brands where they are grown for 5 years.

So what do you guys think, should I continue taking the ainterol at the suggested dossage (2pills/day), up my dosage to 3 pills/day, OR buy a new brand for growth and then just take the Ainterol for maintenance after I have achieved growth?

I have been taking 2 pills a day for 3 days, and although I feel like I do have higher estrogen levels, I haven't gotten breast tenderness or anything. Perhaps too soon to tell?

Anyways what do you guys think and do you have a suggested brand?
After looking on both Ainterol's website, and Siriporn's website, I see that Siriporn really stresses the difference between how PM plants are grown and that they do not cultivate the plant until it has been growing for close to a decade, but I read somewhere (on here or an online review I found on google? Don't remember) that Ainterol's plants are cultivated after only two years, and that the longer the plant stays growing the more potent it will be.

I have emailed both Ainterol and PM.co.uk asking how long they grow the plants for before cultivating, hopefully they get back to me soon!
That siripon person comes on here and touts all kind of bs about other products and how his are superior with zero proof or evidence.

Who is to say, his supplier says it X product but he actually receives Y. It is thailand after all. Not exactly known for legit products.

But I would say too soon to tell for you. If after 3 months there are still zero results. Then consider switching, changing program etc. But IMO too many people have had results on ainterol for it to be bunk.
Yeah I don't know if any of them can be trusted and I really just have to give it a go and believe that I will have success.

Both companies got back to me, the Ainterol rep that emailed me back said that their plants are grown for 10 years before cultivation, and PM.co.uk said that theirs are grown for 4 years before cultivation. Interesting.
I don't think there is any regulation over there or consistent process. It is a shame.
