I want to start a multivitamin for my hair, as well as for NBE, if it works. I have come across quite a few brands, but Natrol and Nature's Bounty are the forerunners amongst them. I am confused which to go for. Nature's Bounty has 3000mcg of Biotin among other ingredients, while Natrol has 250mcg.
I was wondering which would be a better option. Could anyone please help me out?
