I'm currently on my 3rd month of UB (last month) and there has been no sign of any growth or swelling at all during these few months; I know 3 months isn't the recommended for maximum growth but I'm quite upset about about having no effects tbh! What else would you guys recommend, I'm planning on taking noogleberry soon to see how that goes..

You are like most in hopes something will just work and in this amount of time. while you would most likely see changes with in 3 months than not to see any, it may take longer for you. However, what have you done to determine UB was for you in the first place?
Now you will most likely be guessing. This is the part where you tell yourself, be patient or try something else. Have you an idea of where your hormones currently lie? They can change significantly in three months. So maybe its time to find out.

My hormones are all normal as I recently had a test, It took me a good 2 months deciding whether to get UB or BB by reading reviews on here and the price etc. but I might just have to order another 3 months to see how that goes... or just start with pumping.
you could pretend your a bb user and ask them questions things to try with ub are kelp protein shakes msm collagen and a few more im sure if you look through people on here programs with ub (anastaisa is a good one)to see what other supplements to try with it
Just to give you an idea, from the research I have looked into. No substance has more than a 50% success rate. Also this success could be as small as a 1cm change.
In my opinion, if you haven't seen anything. Maybe it is time to get a new program. Most people get the most growth at the start. Then struggle to get more.
Where can I find what UB & BB mean and any other abbreviations discussed here? I have looked at Herbs & Their Uses to get their abbreviations, but presume UB & BB are formulas. Putting UB & BB into search didn't show any result.
The thing with BO supplementation is that you have to make sure your temp is normal, you get enough protein in, etc. When I was on UB and my temp wasn't in normal range or I didn't get enough protein, I wouldn't get any growing pains. But if I did, I would get them weekly, especially right before or right after my period. Also 3 months isn't long enough to see results from a BO routine. BO is not like herbal NBE, I've said this before. BO basically works by increasing your own hormones, herbals work by giving you plant based hormones. So with herbal NBE you will swell, which is why it seems you get results faster, but like I said it's usually swelling then if it's stopped, especially too soon, the swelling goes away. BO on the other hand is like putting your body back into puberty. Puberty was a span on average of 7 years, you can't expect to replicate that in 3 months. It's recommended to take BO at least 12 months to see results. Some people see it faster, some don't. But the results from it are permanent, meaning if you stop it, the results stay as opposed to swelling going away.
goldy, UB is Ultra Breast, BB is Bountiful Breast, BO is Bovine Ovary. UB and BB are BO supplements, they are not herbal, they are glandular.

Re temperature..do you mean make sure your thyroid & adrenals are healthy, as that's what I know affects temp.?
Re your signature..I have noticed some ladies here are aiming for gigantic breasts which totally baffles me.
Each to their own, but size F would almost prevent being able to run, cause people to stare and/or laugh, be SO heavy, uncomfortable, and end up SO saggy in years to come, they'd be near your waist...don't you think?
Has anyone else been shocked at the goals of some of the ladies here?
You are thinking in terms of bra size like the media does. Cup size relative to band size is a big difference between bra sizes. A 34D is the same size as a 32DD, a 36C, 38B, or 40A. A 32F (32E in some brands) is the same as a 34DD, 36D, 38C, 40B. Make sense a little more now? So when you think of an F cup, you are thinking in terms the media portrays, which are 36 bands, which would really be a D cup. Also most people who think of breast sizes think of implanted breasts, because again that is what is shown in the media. So a 34C implanted will look like a 34DD natural breast, make sense? If you look at a true 32F they aren't as big as you think (natural breasts not implanted). I'm a 34C/32D but they don't look as big as it sounds because they are natural, they look like a B cup, because of course they are, they are a 36B which is what the average American band size is.
