Hello lovely ladies and gents. I have been researching the wealth of amazing info on this site for about a month now, many of you seem so kind and informed. I tried and failed at nbe some years ago on wu but to cut a long story short decided to try again. This is after my ex constantly asked me to get implants to the point where we broke up (my mum passed away from breast cancer when I was 7 and I kept telling him I didn't want anything obstructing me picking up any possible early detections but he was not so concerned!) Now he is out of the picture, I have reavaluated and have to be honest, I would love a bigger bust (currently between 34 A/B) but not at the cost of my health! Anyway before I found this site I stupidly bought breast actives which I now believe are useless but I will finish because of cost. I also bought a noggleberry since I found this site and now to the actual point and my rather naive question! I got medium cups and after 2 weeks seem to be 'filling' them, however what constitutes filling? I.e. I can get my bust to the two inch mark with reasonable ease in about 15 mins however over the course of the hour by the time my nipples hit the top of the cups I am in considerable pain! So should I have large cups that are considered full at the two inch mark or is it correct to consider them full at the nipple hitting the top stage therefore sticking to my current domes and going a bit more gently on myself for a bit? Sorry for long post, I have tried search mode for answers and would be super grateful for advise
Hello ccmh! sounds like you need to order the large cups, but you still have room to grow in those mediums cups. You want to be filling the entire cup comfortably before moving up to the next size. By the time you order and receive your cups you should be ready. I filled the large cups within two weeks of receiving them.
You may want to use band aids to cover your nipples because once they are smashed in the cup the little air hole may make them itch or pull a little in. Much success to you!
Thanks so much for your reply Double D, I will order the large today. Best of luck to you too!
I am considering purchasing a noogleberry system as part of my NBE and I think I may be around the same size as the original poster. On the noogleberry website it said the medium cups were 11cm high and in diameter.

Even though I am a 32B/34A, my breasts are more like 12cm in diameter because they are wide set/ splayed shape (also have underlying scoliosis which has warped my ribcage a bit).

My feeling is that I should order the next size up (large) because of the diameter of my breasts, however this will leave a lot of room at the top. Will the noogleberry still work with a lot of room at the top, or do you think I would be better off squeezing into a medium to start with (I am worried about not catching all the breast tissue in the cup).

I also have some scarring under my left arm and breast from surgery I had as a baby. Would this be a problem with noogling?
Hi chdChest, this is a tough one, I didn't know the diameter of my chest before ordering but I emailed Lucy my height weight underbust bra size
etc also adding that although I am considered a little underweight, I am big boned. She is very informed and helpful and responds quickly

Thanks ccmh - I'll try that!
Id also order the contoured large cups. I have small breasts and a small frame and these fit me nicely. I havnt outgrown my mediums yet but i find the width a little constricting, so i pump and release to avoid ring marks or cutting off circulation, and switch to the large cups after 10-15 mins of pumping with mediums.
