I received my breast pump yesterday and i used it for the first time today. I'm not sure If i was doing it right or not because as soon as I stopped and i took the cups off it was just like everything disappeared. My chest went completely flat again, it didn't even leave any roundness or anything at all.

I only used it for about 30 minutes but i'm not sure if i was doing it right. I would pump quickly until i saw all the skin enlarging in the cups all the way as i could go and then right away i would push the release button. But am i suppose to pump and hold if for a while before i push the release button? And am i suppose to pump quickly or slowly?

How long do i have to pump to see swelling?

About myself: I'm 18 and i have no breasts at all. I think i have a hormone problem because ever since the age of 10 i've been getting male features like facial hair. (A LOT of facial hair) I can't even say that i have "small" breasts because the truth is that i have none at all. If i put a bra on and lift my arms up over my head my bra will slid right up and over my chest because there's no breast or tissue to hold the bra in place. I am also 10 pounds over weight which makes my situation even worse.

Thank you for the help!
Hi Lil_baby welcome to the world of noogling. First remember your body needs to get use to the suction so take it easy to begin with and don't expect to much to quick. 15 to 30 minutes sessions are fine for the first week and then you can increase the time. Try pumping until you feel a pull but no pain, hold for 3-5 minutes and then release for 1-2 minutes. That's the pump and release method. You could also do the pump and hold for the duration of your noogling or a combination. Much like exercise vary your program and take breaks to let your body rebuild.

Girls with little to no breast tissue who have never lost a significant amount of weight or had children (breast feed) unfortunately take longer to see results. But don't let that discourage you, as there are many who have grown significantly! Just be patient and vigilant. Much success to you!

Forgot to mention not everyone gets swelling immediately, doesn't mean you won't grow.
I was doing the pump and release method, but i'm not sure if i was doing it correctly. I would pump all the way i could go and then release right away, and then pump again, release right away.

I got no swelling, nothing with that method.

Should i try pumping and holding it without releasing for the entire session (30-60 min) ?

Thank You Smile

You can't judge your results from ONE session. You just started, this takes time. It's not implants where you go in have surgery for 4 hours and come out with boobs, it just doesn't work that way.

I used the pump and hold technique when I first started noogling, and I didn't see any lasting swelling until after 2 months or so. I would noogle once per day for 30-60 min. I would pump until my breasts were reddish and tight, not painful/purple, then hold it during the entire session using airlocks. I would do other tasks while pumping.
I know that i takes patience but i'm just worried, like what if i don't get any swelling at all, ever?

That's what i'm worried about...that's why it frustrates me that i have to wait so long to find.

But thank you for the helpful advice and tips Smile

I am getting the feeling you are not mentally ready for nbe. I see your multiple posts and you are simply not listening. Nbe results are not forceable, and if you can't handle suspense and anxiety that comes along with it, you shouldn't be doing it. Sounds like you aren't quite ready just yet.
It's not that at all. I can be patient and i can handle it. I just don't want my money to be wasted. I spent SO MUCH SO MUCH SOOOO MUCH money on SO MANY things in the past and it was all for nothing.

You can never understand how mnay i spend on so many things for different reasons, not just for stuff like this....

That's why i get so tense when it comes to putting money into things.
Over the years I have spent.... lets see if I can remember most of it...

Around $360 on Breast Gain Plus (now called breast actives) didn't grow from it, requested my money back, never got it.

My easy curves was a gift, so didn't pay for that. I got some results as far as firming and lift from it.

Zoft gum, lets see I took it for a total of 6 months, started with 2 pieces per day for 2 months, 4 pieces for 2 months, then 6 pieces for the remaining 2 months. So probably around $250, grew 2 inches on it.

Then I bought a bunch of individual herbs, didn't work, had bad results, (bad side effects), I'd say all together spent probably $100 or so there.

Got Noogleberry, with airlocks, tried various types of padding at first, have went through different sizes of domes, etc. so all together over $150

Then I have used Ultra Breast, all together spent probably around $150 all together because I did 6 months, took a break then tried again for a little while. I grew a few more inches with it and Noogleberry.

Then I tried Ainterol for a while while also taking other supplements, so I'd say all together spent $200 or so. I didn't get alot of results from it.

Now I'm doing hypnosis with Dream Breast System, so what was that, around $90? Too early to tell as far as results yet.

So lets total that up (without being precise and adding in all the supplements, protein, etc. etc. etc. I did along with the supplements and devices) so over $1100 all together over the 7 years I've been involved in NBE. I have gone from a 32AA to currently a 32D. So 4 cup sizes.

Now did I lose money, hell yes, plenty of it I did. Only 3-4 things I've done actually worked or did any results for me. But, would I rather pay $1100 or $5000. And with the $5000 surgery you will need revisions every few years, so it will end up costing 10's of thousands over your life time. That's if everything goes well and you don't die from complications, diseases caused by the implants, etc. etc. etc.

So yes, essentially with NBE YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY. You might as well get use to that. The other alternative is like I said paying $5K for a pair of tits that are instant but will cost you more in the long run.

I can tell you one major thing about NBE, it WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE MINDSET AND YOU ARE NOT PATIENT.

So be patient, have a positive mindset, take your time, and just make it routine.

Thank you Anastasia916 for sharing!

You're a kind, sweet and a strong individual Smile

You really did succeed and you put a lot of time and money into it.

Thanks for the advice !
Oh and also, the zoft gum seems interesting...I said i wouldn't try any more herbs or anything like that but this product seems different...

I was wondering where did you get yours? and when you stopped using it did you loose the results? oh and did it make you gain weight?
