Just ran across this article on breast enlargement by transferring fat from one part of the body to another. Does not seem like a solid option but its there it seems that eventually after any kind of major fat loss that you would also lose breast size as well.

Fat transfer is a surgical method, it's not really "NBE". So there's a section for it. I've looked into this to try to improve the shape of my breasts, consulted with a few surgeons who do the procedure. And if I can't get where I want to be through NBE then I will consider it. But it is expensive.
