That's pretty interesting information, jiberish. I've heard mixed opinions about using the computer right before sleeping though. I think for some people, it actually has the opposite effect and keeps them awake longer because it activates certain nerves in the brain or something that keep your mind active and alert. o.O; But I can fall asleep quite easily sometimes. xD;
I have to say, after drinking a few cups of NBE tea for the past few days, I became pretty sleepy. Like I felt tired by 10pm even though my normal sleeping time is around 1am. It was also difficult for me to wake up in the morning because I was in such a deep sleep. And I've actually been dreaming a lot lately! Which is pretty rare for me. Sort of a neat side effect of the herbs I would say!
