I don't have dark rings under the eyes, but something like swellings.
I tried to cool them as you would normally do with swellings, do you have any ideas how to reduce eye circles?

I have the same issue. I've tried all kinds of products and the only one that works is Dior eye essential. You can get it at the Dior counter at maceys or any high end store such as Neman or saks. It's about 70 dollars. I started seeing my dark circles clear up within 2 weeks ! Ill never use anything else. All you need is a little dab on each eye. I love Dior products : ) wish they made a boob cream!!
