GOAL: 35-27-38 (32C)

BACKGROUND
I've always been on the smaller side, but over the past six months I've lost 15lbs and 9% body fat - and with it, almost all of my breasts. My immediate goal is to fill my 32C bras back up.

I've been lurking on this forum almost daily since November and started with massage and Fenugreek here and there, but not consistently. I'm hoping that starting this thread will help me commit to myself, my routine, and to all of you. I will post updates weekly, with photos monthly.

Fenugreek..................................................2440mg
Hops...........................................................620mg
MSM..........................................................1500mg
Peppermint & fennel tea blend......................1-2 cups
Chi massage with almond oil............200-300 rotations

Currently I am not cycling my herbs, although I'm interested in doing this as I work up to higher dosages. My hormones are balanced right now, but I believe I have a tendency towards higher testosterone than most women. I'm using an app called WomanLog to keep track of my cycle, as well as changes in my body weight, temperature, and symptoms. Right now I take all my pills at once, right before bed; may split this up as the doses increase.

Other than NBE herbs, I take a daily women's multivitamin and one fish oil capsule with every meal. I work at a fitness club, so workouts are a huge part of my life. I do strength training 3-4 times a week and yoga almost daily. I've been steering away from cardio since I hit 21% body fat in December - and since then I've maintained it effortlessly. I eat a relatively balanced diet most of the time, haha.

Any suggestions to improve my program are MORE than welcome! I've been reading up a storm, but I'm very new to NBE and would love support from people who are more experienced. I'll be happy to answer any questions in my weekly updates.

Not much to report after week 1. I've been consistent with my herbs, but missed two days of massage.

A couple interesting things: First, my face has broken out with 6-7 pimples along my jawline, pretty much all of a sudden. Usually I have relatively clear combination-oily skin, with pimples that sometimes pop up around my nose and forehead. I've read that the chin is a typical spot for hormonal acne, so this might be the herbs' effect.

I also started my monthly this past Wednesday - and it's done already. Since I stopped hormonal birth control six months ago, my periods have been heavy, painful, and long: usually 7-10 days. This one was only 5. Wondering if this could be another effect of the herbs, although I'm not sure I should be noticing differences like these so soon.

Looking at other programs with MSM I've decided to up my daily dose to 3000mg, since most others are starting there or even higher. I'm going to stick with these amounts for the entirety of my current cycle, then see about making further adjustments next month. Rather than taking a ton of pills at night, I'm splitting them up; so I'll take FG in the morning, then hops & MSM at night.
I've had some nice swelling this week, thanks to longer massages. I've added some pressure point and fat-transfer techniques that I do before my chi rotations. Mostly I'm just enjoying the massages now, haha.

The fenugreek smell is overwhelming me. For me it's definitely more of a curry scent than the maple syrup everyone keeps talking about. Don't know if it's the brand I purchased (Nature's Way) or just my perception. My boyfriend swears he doesn't notice, but it's making me self-conscious. In any case, my bottle is about 2/3 gone, so I'll start looking for an alternative. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I'm so glad I decided to include MSM. Usually when I have acne, it lasts 2-3 weeks, with dark scars that go on for months afterwards. But the pimples that popped up last week are now already at the fading dark mark stage they hit after 2-months. I've also found my overall complexion to be more even and soft. Even after I reach my NBE goals, I think I'll keep taking MSM.

I too disdain that fg smell, but I wanna keep taking it so I got the extract. Been about a week with no smells! Hth.

I have horrid oily skin and scarring, well had. Msm cleared me up pretty good too but I also take collagen. But I agree, msm gave me some great affects just like those youve mentioned.
Been awhile since I've posted, though I've still been creeping around the forum reading a ton.

I gotta admit, about a week ago, I was pretty close to giving up. I know it takes time, but the lack of know-how is really getting me down. I feel like the more I read, the less I know. Plus I'm starting to feel like I'm wasting my time and money on strategies that aren't going to work.

But if it were simple, I guess everyone would be doing it. I've got my determination back. Smile Hypnosis tracks are helping a lot with my positivity, too.

My body fat percentage keeps going down even without cardio. I'm now at 18% - and surely this isn't helping the girls. My calorie intake is around 1500 with almost 100g of protein, so maybe I'll try cutting out 30g to see if that'll help. I never dreamed of having this problem back when I first started working out! I also never imagined I'd start to miss running.

I've been thinking of starting on a PM program. At first I was put-off because it seems like most people who go the PM route are after much more dramatic results than I am. But now a program that links in with my cycle is really appealing to me.

I'll do more digging on the PM program threads. If you have any suggestions for ones I should check out, I'd love to hear 'em!
Been reading lots more, especially Ginie's program thread (http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=7251). I've decided to start from scratch and add new herbs slowly and one-by-one, so I can monitor changes and have a better idea of what's causing what. I'd like to work up to a PM program eventually, but I am not overly eager.

For the past two weeks I've been taking only MSM; one tablet in the morning and one at night (1500mg per tab). Plus massaging as consistently as possible; usually 20-30 mins per day before bed. Right now I feel really sore, but it's probably just from massaging too hard after chest workouts -_-.

I've started keeping a thermometer next to my bed so I can try BBT charting. I was thrilled to notice that my WomanLog app already does this for me. Before I was just recording my temperature sporadically, more to check on colds and general curiosity. Reading Ginie's thread has definitely shown me how useful charting can be. I like that she was so adamant about maintaining as natural a cycle as possible.

I've ordered Meiji marine collagen powder and I'm looking forward to taking it, for skin and hair health equally if not more than NBE. My skin and hair have gotten so much better on MSM; even my eyelashes seem longer, and I'm losing fewer of them.

I'll stick to just MSM and collagen + massage for a while; maybe 2-3 months, while I get to know my cycle more intimately. Then I'll consider adding hops, since I've read from Isabelle's thread that it's a good one to use alone.

Before I was definitely too impatient. Hopefully this approach will be less stressful!
Okay dudes and dudettes! I am still going strong with a very simple program of MSM (3000mg in the morning), Meiji collagen (1 scoop in early evening), and hops (620mg at night). My boobs are definitely feeling heavier and "boobier". My trainer has noticed and commented. I will post progress photos soon, because I think the progress is significant.

I've been focusing a lot on back workouts lately. Since I've got almost no subcutaneous fat around my waist and I'm not about to start corseting, widening my back has helped give the illusion of a narrower waist. My current 32-band bras still fit, but they're old and stretched out. Thus, I think my goal size is going to be a 34C.

My BMT tracking is not going well, because I haven't been consistent with testing at the same time every day. It could also be that my thermometer isn't accurate enough; it's only rated for within 0.2 degrees. My chart just looks like random squiggles all over the place.

Also, and this one's slightly alarming: Have any of you noticed a delay in your period from hops? I'm now three days late. This is my first full cycle of hops (aside from that one week in January) and I'm starting to get nervous. My boyfriend and I had a broken condom about five days ago. I don't believe I'm pregnant because I would have been so far past my ovulation date; plus I took the plan B pill. So I'm really hoping I can pin this on the hops.

Any suggestions much appreciated!
Period has started finally. I think the delay was from the plan B pill increasing progesterone, because everything I read online said hops often helps solve the problem of delayed/irregular periods instead of causing it.

But I was freaked out enough by the broken condom scare that I've made an appointment with my doctor to go back on hormonal birth control. I want to try Nuvaring, because I was never good at keeping a steady schedule with the oral pill.

Do you guys know any successful programs on Nuvaring? Would appreciate some guidance! Smile

I'm still going strong with MSM, hops, and massaging. Along with heavy-duty back workouts, I've managed to grow my chest from 33'' to 35'' since my weigh-in last month. Sadly, bust is about the same; meaning the girls actually look smaller. But my figure is looking killer, so I gotta keep trusting the process.

I also started on Nuvaring and I absolutely LOVE it. The only time I feel it is during sex - at which time it's a nice added bonus - and my boyfriend says he can't feel it at all. After reading idreamofD's program thread, I've decided to start on PM. I'm starting with the Ainterol capsules and extract. I plan to start the same way she did, with 500mg morning and night, and adding drops of the extract to my massage oil. Right now I'm still using almond oil, but I plan to switch to flaxseed when it runs out. When I start PM I'm going to continue MSM but stop hops, so I can keep my estrogen levels in check.

Should be about two weeks till it ships! I'll keep you guys posted.
