Just wondering if anyone has had problems with NB customer service?
I ordered mine at the weekend and received it on Monday, except the domes look too big for my ribcage so I asked for a swap.

Lucy has replied once saying a swap would be okay and also asked for a photo which I reluctantly sent her (v shy). I haven't heard a peep since and it has been 2 days now. Usually I get a reply the next evening.

Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know what else to do bar keep emailing and then am concerned the 7 day returns period will elapse!

Any ideas? I had hoped I start noogling Sad
wow weird you cant tell cup size from photo only proportion thats very rude to ask for a picture of them also you wouldnt respond to anyone you dont know online asking to see your breasts its not even like showing them in life to a doctor because photos can go anywhere once online and like i said wont help her find size a little creepy. The only problem i had was her trying to sell the wrong size to me i think she pushes the smallest size possible to make more money the best way to work out sizing is not to ask butwork out from the diameter of cups make a ring with a measure tape around breasts fit in comfortably then measure across your breast size ring and find the cup that is closest if you have very little round down have some breast round up.
she try to sell me L cups i refused she say ok but that they may be to big i get them snd i had to crush breast in to fit width ways folding and pinching skin painfully at sides certainly no good on my breasts i say why you make me buy wrong size and waste time and that i was very annoyed i was she gave me xxls
i think best advice width is the only important measure and avoid asking for help shes here to make money youl get all the help you need here or from noogleberry user forum.
Thanks Bonita that's very interesting. Sounds like you really got messed about too. I have sent another email today. No response. I cannot find a contact number anywhere, not online or anything. NOT GOOD as I am not having to wait for them to contact me.

I suppose this is a real warning to people getting a NB that they should sure about what fits them before they order. My trouble is different sized boobs that are wider but flat, on top of a small wonky ribcage.
My replies from her were pretty slow aswel, but at the end of the day she could be genuinly busy. I told her I wanted smalls, but she said id be a medium. She was right. I would have filled smalls in seconds. I also bought CL, because I thought if I wanted to progress, id need to go up a size at some point anyway. Asking for a picture is a bit strange I suppose, but dont forget people regulary upload photos to the NB forum, its kind of the norm to track your progress that way, so she probably assumed you wouldnt mind, im sure she didnt mean any harm, if it was me I would have just said no to the photo if your uncomfortable (i wouldnt have sent one anyway lol), she cant really demand a photo, if they dont fit-they dont fit. My NB took 2 weeks to arrive, I had changes to make to my order too, I just kept emailing almost everyday until she replied lol good luck!
Oh no I wish I hadn't sent a photo now! I didn't want to but just thought it would speed things up so she could see properly, and I had sent her my precise measurements also.

I still haven't heard a peep and do hope she replies soon or I will have to post on the NB forum!
Hopefully Lucy got back to you with a response! I e-mailed her a question the other morning and she responded back by nighttime. I think she's pretty good with replies, but maybe it depends on the question?
^^ I finally got a reply from Lucy. Her solution to me was to keep the cups I had and to buy some more plus foam rings. I decided not to because I felt that she was just trying to up sell me. I also didn't feel comfortable with just sending the wrong domes back via normal post because I feared I may get a "we did not receive them" reply so I sent them back so they needed a signature, needless to say it has me out of pocket. I really hope after all this faffing about they get to me and actually fit! I admit my customer confidence has been knocked a bit with this, but we shall see how I get on with them before I get upset!
Wow Lucy has always been super helpful to me. Fast replies and replaced some broken foam rings for free. I wonder whats up with the poor customer service.

Hopefully it will work out for you this time.

I have to say I am NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTED with NB as a company. The latest update is that I got a reply eventually from Lucy 4 days later. Then I sent her back my domes (at extra cost)and she sent me smaller ones, which surprise surprise DO NOT fit my chest wall at all. She also did not refund me the cost difference between the domes as promised.

I am starting to think that no dome will work on my chest as they leave a gap at either side and the contoured ones won't go on my chest two at a time. Or even one at a time.

So with the new revelations sent to Lucy she seems to be stating how odd this all is. I got the new domes based on her sizing and now they don't fit! I am unbelievably annoyed and wonder how the hell people get to use the system at all.

My chest is too narrow but my boobs are too big ironically to fit the domes. Mediums are too small and large won't fit on my chest.

VERY FED UP OF WAITING FOR HER TO RESPOND TO ME. I might send her a link to this post to get her arse into gear (pardon my French!).
Very strange, I have never had an issue with NB customer service. Lucy has always been super helpful, always there. I've had a dome crack during a move and she sent me a new one free. She's always responded in a timely manner, etc. I wonder if it's because she's getting more business now? Maybe she's busier? I hope everything works out!
