Quick update, ran out of fennel, fenugreek, and saw palmetto
just just through ordering some more! I bought another herb to experiment with, it's called hops, I bought the Nature's Way brand.
I will be adding this to my program and see if it will help with growth.

Fenugreek
Fennel
Saw Palmetto
and Hops
I still have maca left over, I'm so happy, wish me luck!

This is me four years ago, I took this pic when I first started NBE. I thought I lost the file but I retrieved it from my old computer that broke
I was a 32b (maybe smaller?) and I did not like my body at all, I was skinny and I felt ugly when I tried on a bra because I looked like a boy. I'm happy I found Breastnexus because I found all sorts of information on how to grow your breast naturally and that it IS possible to grow you breast to a D cup if you're small like I was. All the other girls in my school were already C or DD's and here I was barley in a B bra... I did not feel womanly and I was extremly desperate to find a solution and grow my breast naturally without harming myself!

This is me now, 32D and happy with my breast size
it took some time I'm not gonna lie, but I think it was worth it
I feel more confident with myself and my body and I thank BreastNexus and everyone who helped me along the way! I hope I can inspire and help other girls out there who felt like me and have been told that there's no way to grow your breast naturally.

When I first came across your thread, I thought this is another post of a busty girl who just wants to grow even bigger, and I'm in a different league... Now I saw your before pic, I feel very encouraged! Great job and thanks for sharing!

Lol I was far from busty when I found BreastNexus and began my journey, I was like a 32B (but from looking at my old pic, I might of been smaller). I dreaded bra shopping and undressing during gym class because I was super tiny and embarrassed of my current bra. I felt as though something was wrong with me and I became very insecure about my body.. Luckily, I stumbled upon this site and found a ton of wealthy info on how to grow your breasts naturally! Glad you feel more encouraged to continue NBE after looking at my pics.

Quick update,
Stopped taking herbs for a few days because I'm sick and I'm afraid that my medicine will cause some sort of reaction with the herbs...
Aside from that, I think hops and I are going to be best friends
so far, it's been giving me great swelling around the lower part of my breasts!
glad I decided to give it a try. Oooh I wish I had time to pump again!
