Lol! Thanks missboobshirt I have the noogleberry to thank for that! It helped shape my breasts up nicely and I swelled like crazy

I pump for about an hour a day (well I try to). while a pump, I sometimes zone out and fall asleep with them on, LOL whoops !

I personally hate the pump and hold method... Tried it last night and I didn't get much swelling... I'm sticking with the pump and release-hold for 10-15 minutes and let the air out and do it over again for about an hour.

Here's more pics of me thought I should show off my waist and tummy too the quality of my camera is kinda crappy so it's kinda hard to see the cleavage (sorry .-.)
Last year my waist was 26" now it's 25" WOOH! All those ab workouts finally paid off
Thanks to maca, I feel as though I have more curves in my hip/bum area. I honestly can't more than two capsules of maca a day, while it does give me amazing results, there are some side effects I can do without... Examples:
-TOO much energy... In the middle of the night, I'm wide awake and have trouble going to sleep. Feels like a just got through drinking three cups of coffee in a row, LOL!
-Libido skyrockets: Seriously! One minute you're studying in your room for hours, next thing you know you have this sudden urge to... You know...

Hi everyone!
Quick update, I didn't use the noogleberry in two days (I've been very busy). However, I'm still taking FG, FN, SP, and maca. Today I've been feeling a lot of pain around the lower part of my breast after looking at them, I've noticed my breasts are more rounder at the bottom than they were before! So WOOHOO! My breasts are growing!!!

I just do a bunch of ab workouts! Plus I used to take Krav Maga classes in the morning, we do intense workouts while learning how to defend ourselves in the process, neat huh?

These are only a few of the workout videos I watch, each targeting different areas. Doing side planks, spider planks, and plank twists helps the most in my opinion. I highly recommend doing these!

Forgot to add, my monthly arrived and I'm doing a milk thistle cleanse will be doing it for about a week or two.
