So I'm starting nbe and I'm about the same size as you 34b. I am using fenugreek 610mg x 4 a day and flaxseed oil massage. Should I use something else with the fenugreek? Did you notice any increase in the first month of your program?

Hi, if you read the beginning of my thread, I've taken other things with the fenugreek, later on however, I took fenugreek and fennel together which worked great together. That seems like a nice dose you're starting out with, if you want, you can take the fenugreek alone and if you feel you want to take something else with it, try fennel.
Oops! Forgot to add, I grew an inch the second month of my journey I believe.

Quick measurement update, breast are currently 35.4'! Woohoo! I'm running low on maca ( down to my last pill...) Hopefully the one I bought a few days ago will come in the mail soon. In the mean time, I'll just pump.

As for pumping, I'm doing the pump and release technique which I think works better for me because I don't get those annoying red dots. I don't remember where I've read this trick, but what I do is lay on my back and lift my pelvis in the air (like the bridge exercise) and place the domes on my breast. I've noticed my breast swells much better by doing this trick.
Just got through pumping for 30 minutes, I know this is just swelling, but they're 35.12 now

Quick updates on my pumping progress. This morning, I only had time to pump for about 15minutes (I had to leave the house to go to school), after pumping, I've noticed the bottom of my breast (the under boob I think most girls here and on the noogleberry forums call it) is developing and sticks out more. I'm happy I'm getting this result and I can't wait to pump more later on today!
Also, I'm planning on buying more PM, EPO, and saw palmetto to try out that 10 perfect combo for curves I've done a while ago. I'm having trouble finding PM cream, the website I normally buy it won't let me add it to my cart and go to the next page.Amazon doesn't sell ainterol cream anymore either, if anyone can give me a link as to where you buy your pM cream at a decent price that will be great
