Hello!
I'm 26 and I have started the NBE on the first of december.
This was my program in this first month

Fenugreek: 2000 mg
Maca: 1500 mg
Hops: 1200 mg
MSM: 1000 mg
Zinc: 15 mg
Omega 3/6: 1000 mg

I'm using a only progesteron control pill!

I massage for 5/10 minut almost everyday with sesam oil.

In this month I've noticed more fulness. My breast semms a little heavier and the skin is really soft. No real growth but it's ok for now.

On december 28 I have added more FG more Hops and less maca... And I have lost the fulness and the swelling... So I returned to a lower regime.

Why?? So frustrated....
I have added red clover (a low dose, only 200 mg).
Any advice?

This program is giving some little result. Now I see a little more fulness...

I m taking:


4th week:
2000 mg FG
1000 mg MACA
200 mg RED CLOVER
1660 mg ARGININE (liquid form)
50 gr protein
Progesteron birth control pill

I want follow this program for a week and the add something every week.
My breast is underdeveloped.... I really hope I can "wake up" my puberty again!

Yesterday I've ordered my NB!!!!
I'm a 36A and I hope I will obtain results from it!!!

I'm following the same herbal program:

I add also this (a supplement that my doctor gave to me for the skin)

Selenium 54 mcg
Cooper 0,6 mg
Vit E 15 mg
B12 1,5 mcg
Vit PP 18 mg

I' using also a cream with arnica and hot pepper inside! It promotes blood circulation I think!!

I have to do an update. I'using NB from the end of genuary. I've stopped all the herbal supplements. Now I'm taking only fenugreek, arginine and fish oil and I'm doing some massage.
Now I'm a full A. And I see some results! I'm very happy to share with you these progress. I've ordered BO from Swanson, but I live in italy so the spedition will need a lot of time!
