I've seen a lot of people track their cycles along with their supplements, but I'm not sure if this applies to me or not. Should I start taking my UB on a special day or just begin whenever?

Hi guys
So i've ordered UB and have been taking it for a week, but looking around on the forum the whole mad cow disease risk is scaring me and its putting me off big time is it very unlikely or should I just look into taking some other product?

pomelo, I never cycled while on UB, I think that's only for PM. I never had an issue with just taking UB, though after 6 months on anything, I always take a break and do a cleanse, HTH.
saraxox, I think it's rather rude you are trying to hijack pamelo's thread with you posting what you already posted on two other threads you already made. Be patient and some of the forum members may answer you. But I know I personally find it annoying when someone posts the same thing more than once and in more than one place, especially someone else's thread, to try to get their answers faster. You have to understand the members of this forum all have lives, we have jobs, families, etc. So we get on in our spare time to VOLUNTEER our time on here, please be patient, thanks.
