Hi all! UPDATE!
Im currently in my luteal phase! so 3 weeks in with my herbs and i noticed way fuller results! my breast feels like jelly during follicular phase, sooo soft! But then when luteal phase kicked in the softness went away and the soreness came along ): but that just means its not gonna stop growing!!
im taking super b-up drop and placenta c jelly during my luteal phase, and i massage twice daily for 10mins.
Let me know what you guys think of my result and let me know if there is any results!

You look awesome! what size are you currently? I def want to look into placenta C Jelly but its expensive on some sites. Have you thought about pumping? I have just started my pumping back up for circulation. I think this will help you.

im still a 32B, my bra fits a lot better! there is a smaller gap when i reach out my arms & yea i just started pumping 2 days ago and i also started taking L-arginine 1000mg/day! those 2 combination really helps with blood circulation. Also i had a link posted where i got my placenta c jelly for $16 for 1 month supply its just that shipping is a bit pricey :x
i also noticed my right side boob is a bit bigger than my left, guess i should do a little more pumping on my left side... ):

apparently from what i noticed, the non-sore growth is only adipose tissue growing, and the soreness is the actual mammary gland growing because i do notice my breast fat growing in follicular phase and it got alot meatier and soft which can only explain the adipose tissue is expanding and growing, and the soreness is coming from the mammary gland during luteal phase so im guessing its the mammary gland's turn to grow cuz u produce progesterone and also taking in herbs with progesterone in luteal phase and that triggers growth in the mammary gland.
Again this is what i think is happening to my body, u guys might have a different approach :x

I am taking vitex in luteal. I think it works gently.
