As a genetic male taking UB, I am taking 8 capsules a day - 4 with lunch, and 4 with dinner. I was curious as to how others are dividing up their daily dose?

I am taking it as recommended on the bottle, three pills a day, one early in the morning with breakfast(depending what time I wake up Ill plan my next pill to be inbetween the first and last) so I usually am up at 8 am or 9 am so i try to take my second pill with meal or protein shake at 3 or 4 pm and i sleep usually around 10-11pm so i take my last one with a snack (of course protein filled snack)

i am a college student so I am usually up early and sleep early unless i have work then i sleep at 12 or 1 am, and protein shakes to replace my mid day meals because i am usually studying at school and they have bad food options there

Hopeful, curious but are you a genetic female? The customer service agent I emailed told me 8 capsules/day was the approximate dosage for males wishing to grow breasts.

Yes I am a genetic female, i know it is a lot more for males because your body doesn't naturally create the estrogen needed for breast growth. Are you concerned that you are taking too much or too less? Are you feeling any adverse effects from it or how is your progress going with UB?

I'm ok with my dosage; it seems to be on par with what Transfemme says for males to take as well. Also not experiencing any adverse effects, now that I've been taking it for 2 weeks. I do get the growth pains, so I am assuming progress is being made. Nipples are sometimes tingly, sometimes tender; I'm hoping that means my aereolas will be looking bigger soon.

I guess I'm more curious about intervals and whether taking 4 capsules twice a day was better than taking 2 capsules four times a day. Also not sure if I should be taking raw pituitary as well. Planning on waiting til the 3 month mark to make that call.

Just to put in my two cents worth, I take 2 early in the day and two late in the day and having some growth results. I also use the Transfemme cream twice a day. http://www.transfemme.com/ I apply it to the breast and rub it in. That gets the cream absorbed and massages the breast also. And yes, the cream stinks, too. As it is absorbed, the smell decreases so you don't smell of it all day. LOL It says to avoid the nipple and aereola area but I concentrate on them. I am noticing nipple growth and no change in aereola color. Hope that helps.
