This totally screws up this month of PM. :/

I'm going to start retaking my pills as if I'm starting my third month now, just to kind of set things back on track. I'm modifying my program.
I'll be taking 1,000mg of PM the first two weeks, along with using broken capsules for massage in the mornings. Then, for the third and fourth weeks of the month, I'll drop down to 500mg pf PM, no PM batter for massage, and PC twice a day. Hopefully this will help things stick to a schedule. I'll also be taking 7-day long breaks if need-be. I'll try this this month and see how it goes. Hopefully I won't have to alter it further.

I think what might have messed me up was jumping from 500mg to 1,000mg after two weeks (which the directions even say to do). So for anyone else starting on PM, I suggest taking 500mgs the entire first month while your body gets used to it, then up the dose the second month.

My PCOS/Insulin Resistance diet is going well so far. I'm less bloated, and my stomach's actually starting to flatten (I didn't wear my corset for two days because of my cramps, so I know it's flattening from the diet). Fingers crossed I lose some fat by New Year's!

Confused whether i should still take this .

Help please .

It's safe for women to take, don't worry. It's just marketed towards men. HTH

Saw Palmetto is perfectly ok for women to take. If it weren't, most of us here wouldn't be using it. As Emily said, it's mainly marketed towards men. So for those of you looking for it in stores, it will be in the Men's Health or Prostate Health section.


Sorry I've been gone for a while now. Haven't been online really. >.<
I've...completely lost track of time. So, I guess I'll take 1,000mg of PM for another week or so, then switch to 500mg. I may mess up my cycle this month because I don't know when I should be switching anymore (this is why I don't do cycling!)

I've discovered I've got low stomach acid, so my body isn't absorbing...well, much of anything (I'm going to make a thread about it later this week). So I've started on HCl supplements, and am feeling worlds better already! Can't wait to see how young and vibrant I feel in a month or so! I'm tired of feeling like a young person stuck in an old person's body! Already since I've begun taking them, I'm noticing my breast pains coming back. They're very tender again, so hopefully growth will come soon. I'm also making sure to massage at least 5 minutes a day, to keep them at their fullest.
Started my PC half of the cycle yesterday. I'm assuming it's about time to do that. If not, I may have started late, and may end up lengthening my cycle again. Opps! Lol

My breasts are firmer today, although my swelling has been on and off. Didn't get the chance to use PM powder on my breasts really this month, so I guess I'll try again next month. :/ Thinking about taking L-Arginine again, and maybe gelatin. I've still got a few leftover arginine capsules, so I'll try one or two at a time with my PM and see if that helps me any.

HCl has definitely been helping my body absorb the PM again, and the apple cider vinegar is helping flatten my stomach, even when I'm more bloated. I'm lifting a LOT of weight at the gym when I go now, and now that I can absorb protein, the results are showing pretty quickly. I'm back to a 40" butt again, and my arms are toning up a good bit. I think my legs might be getting slightly toned, too. I *hope* by the new year I'll have some good photos to post on my body progress. Smile
(I definitely won't have breast progress by then, but hopefully soon.)
Well, still no progress from the PM. Next cycle, I'm going to start out with crazy high doses to kick-start some growth, then I'll lower down to 1,500 or 2,000mg a day (thanks to everyone over on the Biological Males section for helping me figure out different dosing). I can't believe this dose isn't helping me. My skin's a lot softer, even for winter, but my breasts feel nothing, and my nipples are no longer sensitive. Sad I'm so disappointed, I really thought I'd respond better to a regular female dose, didn't think I'd have to start taking them the way a biological male would! Stupid PCOS!

My butt has started getting even rounder up top from my workouts, it looks a lot larger now without actually being larger. So I guess that's some kind of progress! ^^; (Of course, now even my medium panties don't fit!) I've been looking at Corset-Story's corsets, and I'm going to e-mail them sometime this week and find out more about them. Might buy one within the next few weeks. I'm going to get one that's much more cinched at the waist, so I'll see a much more drastic change in shape!

Merry Christmas to everyone, and a Happy New Year if I don't get back on before then! Fingers crossed that 2013 will have bigger and better things in store for all of us!

My tried higher dosages of PM to no avail. It was either 1350 or 1500mg.

Hm, I may have to go up to 2,000mg to get results. I feel like I definitely should see results, as I got my initial great results from herbs, and because the first two weeks on PM I noticed changes. I'm also going to play around with what time of day I take my herbs and see if that helps any. I usually take my evening dose around midnight, and I know that's really not good. Hopefully taking earlier evening doses will help as well.

For those not on the hypnosis board, I've been trying pretty much all the free hypnosis available lately. It does give me tingles in my breasts, so I'm going to continue with it for at least 3 months and see what happens. I plan to do Blake Talks almost every day, and am trying to use a few others as well. I'll be doing Boobster Xtreme every day, a few times a day (it's only 3 minutes long), and will try to listen to the DNA activator as well every day.
Some of it I'm listening to while doing other things. I'm going to try to do it while drawing mostly, but if I have other things I absolutely have to get done, I'll still listen to it in the background. I'm getting good vibes from this type of NBE already.

I think I'm a small 32DDD/E at this point, but for the life of my wouldn't know where to find that bra size if I wanted, so I can't say for sure. My short term goal is to hit a full 32E in the next two months, and then hopefully a 32F by next year. My long-term goal may end up being larger than that, so we'll just have to wait and see. I'm kicking my NBE into full gear this month, and will focus more on massage and hypnosis the next few months to see what types of results these can yield, along with a higher PM dose that I can respond to again.

I'll be posting pictures of my nipples later, as Supple Nipps have given me a pretty drastic change.
