I've already reached my goal with progesterone cream + l-arginine but that doesn't work for women with irregular cycles, on bcp, drinking coffee, ect.

So I've been looking into trying something that isn't as dependent on our hormone cycle. I'd like to be able to recommend something to those women.

I recently read about massage with almond oil and fenugreek extract. I'm concerned about fenugreek causing estrogen dominance which is what I am sensitive to and have to avoid.

Can anyone please shed some light on fenugreek in that regard and whether or not it has worked for anyone who is estrogen dominent?
