I have been doing the fat transfer massage for a few days now but im unsure how long i should be doing it for. Is 5-10 mins long enough to have any effect? Also iv heard some people on here adding herbs to massage oil, i did this and it was very grainy but will the powdered herbs get absorbed through the skin? Coz it seems like there just left on my skin afterafter a massage.

Well everything is been looking fine but the only need is to increase the time span. Time span must be in between of 15 to 25 minutes. I hope it will do the trick for you.

Yes same question, will the powdered herbs get absorbed through the skin? Been doing that also for 3 days, and my boobs feel a lot firmer, but this could just be my imagination :/
