--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi everyone! I've been reading a bit on these forums for about the past week, unfortunatly not until after I ordered Breast Success Sad. But none the less Im going to give it a go supplementing with some of the herbs I found on here.
My main questions are as follows:
How much does drinking really effect NBE?(Im a college student I drink.. not regularly but I like my beer...)
On that note I would think beer was actually good for NBE because it's made primarily hops and barley!...perhaps thats just wishful thinking...

How does exercise effect NBE? I jog about 3 times a week and calistenics the other 4 days...

All the different massaging techniques are a bit confusing, which ones have seen the best result and for how long 20 minutes altogether 20 minutes in the morning and at night?

I was also looking at the breast pumps and such.. but think this may be diving in to deep to soon...

At this point i've read over so many programs I think my head may explode.... I will start my "program" tomorrow I believe, and will be starting a page for that with the rest.... Any and all advice is welcome!

Beer raises dopamine.
Dopamine inhibits prolactin.
Prolactin is necessary to grow.

I don't think one occasionally is going to get in your way.

If you want hops and barley in your program, you can make your own decoction that is fresh, nonalcoholic and more potent. You can also take those herbs in capsule form.

As far as massage, the main idea is to get phytoestrogens through the skin layer and as deep as possible. The best things to use are fenugreek, red clover, and fennel. Some women use a single herb, some a combination. Use a carrier oil with it, like olive oil. Borage oil and Evening Primrose oils are also good to add, especially borage oil. A concoction that you steep is the best way to do it. You can also use extracts. There are other options as well. Use heat for 5 minutes before, and for 20 minutes after. And yes, it takes about 30 minutes to do it right. Twice per day is recommended. Leave the concoction on all night if possible.

When you post your program, also post your stats (age, height, weight, measurements, etc.) and those offering advice will have something to base it on.

Good luck,

Wahaika

thanks for the responses, I'll see if I can't get some sort of better massage concoction worked up. I posted my program page as is right now... I'll see what i can mix up and adjust as needed..

Another question I thought of, how soon is it common to feel "tingles" ect...?
