Boosting blood circulation for NBE

From what I ve read in the forums I can understand that blood circulation is important for effective NBE. What are the best products/pills to boost blood circulation and has anyone tried any with good results?

The most common on here would be cayenne, than gingko bilboa. I know -Moon- said cayenne worked quite well for her, I know other ladies have gave their opinions too. Just do a search of the forum... hm there is also garlic and grapeseed, and many other herbs that can help with circulation which you find on the different places on the net (like here you can find a list: http://www.herbalextractsplus.com/remedies.cfm).

Thanks, that is definetely a good list of products I can look into.. I will definetely add one of them into my routine!
