Anyone who has use Ainterols cream/spray/lotion can you please tell me how long the bottle lasted you and how often you used it???
Cream, not that long. 2 Months tops
Cream, about a month or maybe 2. Want to try the spray instead. Also heard it's good to use them in combination.
I've been dying to try the topicals and internal spray or liquid but I am on BO trial run.

Lasted about two months hu....I'm guessing you guys bought the $15.95 50gm (1.76oz) bottles then?
I think i'm going to get two $29.95 100gm (3.53oz) bottles and hope that I can make them last for 6 months with my 6 month supply of capsules.
Id like to try the spray as well, but its too damn expensive for such small bottles.
