Hello - I'm new to this site and am not sure exactly where this will post to, but before I go insane I just need to get this off my chest. I feel like I've worn out my welcome talking about this with my friends and boyfriend. I also feel guilty "complaining" because I made a decision to go through with the Brava system, it's not some unfortunate condition that has happened to me.

I am absolutely fed up. I've only been wearing the system for 3 weeks and cannot imagine wearing it for at least another 9 because I missed 3 nights.

The first night, I had no excuse to miss. The second missed night (not in a row) my cat was dying and felt it much more important to hold him next to me and cuddle him during his last hours of his life. The third missed night, I took some NyQuil ZZZ's because and thought it would help. I woke up in the morning and my bra was off...lol. I laugh because even my subconcious doesn't want me to wear these things!

My once normal, exciting social life has turned into coming home from work, napping for a few hours, putting the Brava system on at about 7:00 pm, doing a few chores, then trying to go to bed by 8:30 pm so that between 8:30 pm and 6:00 am (9.5 hours) I can maybe squeeze in 3-4 hours of sleep. When I see my boyfriend on some weekends, Brava goes on later, but then I have to forget planning on doing anything in the morning the next day because I have to wear this contraption.

The swelling in the morning gives me hope. Then within 2 hours it is gone, right along with hope. I don't want to give up beacuse I feel as if I would have wasted the last 3 weeks and quite a bit of money, BUT I am so sad and miss sleep more than I can describe.

So my question is, what is it, I mean really what was the one (or however many) main thing that kept you, other Brava users, going?? Did you ever reach a point where the psychological pain of this system was so overwhelming that you did stop using it and/or try again later? I guess I'm just looking for someone who knows what I'm going through. Thank you so much Smile

I'm not a Brava user...

However, I do own a noogleberry, which is similar, and use it in combination with my supplement plan...

Honestly, I know I'm not probably going to get major and permanent growth from the noogleberry, but it does seem to help in combination with supplements as compared to supplements alone.
I've used Brava in the past and did have success (kept almost a full cup size of permanent growth, was about 1 1-2 cups larger for 6 months or so after).

The first six weeks are the hardest. You need to be able to wear it and move around though, do you have the bra that holds it in place? If not get a large sports bra made from quality material (that will help hold the cups to your chest) and modify it. You may also find manual suction works better when you're awake, keeping the suction tighter makes it easier to wear while up and moving.

I started using Brava about a year after I stopped nursing my daughter, my boobs were so deflate from the nursing I really NEEDED it and that's probably the only reason I stuck with it. Brava is very time consuming. In all honesty you'll probably need to wear it 16-20 weeks. The 12 weeks they list is a minimum IMO and if I had quit at 12 weeks I don't think I would have had lasting results, I made it 18 weeks....but probably wouldn't do it again.

I would try to modify your program before you totally quit. Make sure you learn about manual suction if you don't already know how to use it that way. On the weekends if you can only get 7-8 hours, then just go for that, then as the winter months approach you may have days you can get 12+ hours. Just plan on using it over a longer period of time (this is just my opinion, but if your breasts have never been stretched out due to a big weight gain/loss or pregnancy and nursing you probably wont have results at 12 weeks, you'll need more like 18-20).

After a 10 pound weight loss this summer I found myself back needing to "pump up" the saggy girls again, this time I'm using the Noogleberry, no way can I devote 10-12 hours a day for 4 months to Brava again.
