Yeah you can, but for better results you need to up the dosage of it a LOT more each day. And add in a crap load of rough massages a day.

Wild yam has been PROVEN to not affect your body's progesterone levels unless you buy the USP grade progesterone cream. You should only buy this USP cream if you truly are estrogen dominant and really need it. This has been pointed out many times.
I have never heard of anyone growing form taking just one herb, but nonetheless if that is what you want to try go ahead. You should just note that the success stories on this site were ones that used a number of herbs.

It took a lot faster for my sister to grow. She grew two cup sizes in a few months (not sure how many). It took me forever to grow a cup size. She's 17 and I'm 22. As for our diet, we're Asians so we eat lots of rice. But we don't really watch what we eat.

what is your program? how do you take the fenugreek? did you do anything else while trying to grow,what are your stats?

...let's see it makes all these awful painful cystic zits come up on my face, makes me have a smell that no deodarant or perfume can mask, and its just plain not working in the boobie department.

well if its making you smell like maple syrup then it's working, probably just very slowly.
i've been using it, and let me tell i don't smell like anything but flowers. not that maple syrup is appealing, but if i smelled like maple i would know SOMETHING was working but it isn't, YET.
don't worry, i'll bet things will start looking up for you!

Oh I know the smell means its working, I've been doing this NBE stuff on and off since November so i've tried quite a few different herbs... and hoenstly right now I'm so busy with finals at school I'm not even massaging, dropped the fenu cuz my face friggin hurts...
and anyways, i just bought some new bikinis so whatever summer is almost here I think I'm over trying to grow breasts... probably hang around here to answer questions for a little while longer and than just go back to those lazy summer days without worrying about this stuff

Hang in there girls! I heard of one lady that only grew after 8 years of trying!! Ok, lets hope it won't take that long, but just to say if it doesn't work from the beginning it doesn't mean that it never will. I have no idea how I lasted 2 years without giving up. I did so much experimenting that didn't work, if I just think of everything... After the milion and first random herb combo didn't work, I relized I have to identify the obstruction. So first I thoguht it was blood circulation and placed my hopes on ginko - nothing. Well, cayenne did give me warm feet tho. Then I blamed stress and placed my hopes on ginseng, meditation, hypnosis - nothing! I even tried subliminal messages for a while - ok, that was a bit too wishful thinking. *blushes* Then I really believed Grow Yours will braing me the long desired boobs, even if with a lifetime of commitment to lenghtly masages - well, I got maybe an inch of unnoticable growth but lost it as soon as I stopped. Then I thoguht galactogogues were the key to WU's and everyone's success - nothing! Well now I'm on magnets and I haven't grown a lot, a bit over an inch, which is a slightly noticable increase, but finally something! And there's still suction. There are still methods you can try, it will be difficulut, but I believe almost anyone can graw, tho for some of us it may be hard. Try to get to know you bodies really well, get your hormones tested maybe, then it will be easier to know what your body needs.

It is also important for us to note that we cant grow past our genetically determined size. Breast size is also genetics. If everyone in your father and mother's family is an A cup, perhaps is safe to say that it will be wishful thinking to try and be a D cup through NBE without putting on a massive amount of weight.

this is definitely a tweaking process... you have to change things and mix things up before you figure out what works for you. one person may only have to take fenugreek, and you may not have to take fenugreek at all. it really just depends. everybody's body's are different.

Hi May! I'm so sorry I just found your message. I started with wild yam a two and a half years ago, stayed with it for three months, I think, then changed to saw palmetto. I changed to fenugreek almost a year ago and experienced the fastest growth from fenugreek. It was a very slow process for me, however. I'm taking a break and then start a new program. I'm going to use more than one herb now since most of the people here in this forum had success using several herbs. I'm still finalizing my new program.
My sister, however, grew three cup sizes in four months taking only 2080 mg of fenugreek. She's a freak of nature! Haha! She's also taking a break right now and will follow the same new program I will have, just so we can compare notes and see if the program I will devise will be effective. I will post my program just as soon as I have all that I need.
